I'm Liana Hsu, a wellness and healthy lifestyle advocate, and a LA native who lived in four different countries (USA, Taiwan, Germany, and Bali, Indonesia). I'm passionate about traveling/hiking, beauty, and living a healthy, happy, and active life. 

It all started my sophomore year in college, and these healthy habits have changed my life for the better. It wasn't until 2016 where I learned to do this the sustainable way, so follow me on my journey to learn more!
